We met Paul in 2006 when we first decided to build a house in the Wilmington area and immediately knew he was the person who would build our house. He was easy to work with and delivered a very appealing proposal. When the stock market finally settled down, we awarded Paul a contract and never had a problem. Building a house with Paul has been a pleasure and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.

We choose Paul, Archill Builders because we felt he would work closely with us to build our 1920’s style bungalow home. We had collected many antique items that we wanted to incorporate and he was very open to helping us in making the collectables fit into our new home . We where so happy with the finished product, he has since build me a art work shop and a storage building . We are proud to say that our home made the front page of the real estate showcase for being the most genuine bungalow built in Wilmington. We have been best friends ever since.

We had a great experience building with Paul. From the beginning we felt like he was listening to what we wanted and worked to make to happen. Paul kept in touch with us throughout the process and always addressed any concerns we had. The process moved quickly which was nice because we never felt our house was not a priority to him, nor did it seem like time was being wasted. Overall all we are pleased with our home and feel like we got a great value from a quality builder.
